Riff Fist

Forged in the fires of Mount Dandenong, this unlikely trio have emerged to unleash sonic doom on all non believers! Formed in June 2011 with the sole purpose of making your head bang, arse shake and ears bleed, Riff Fist spent their first 18 months introducing Melbourne's live music audience to the way of the Fist. In December 2012, the band organised the first Riffmas event, a mini festival celebrating the local "doom metal" scene, which has since become an annual tradition. Riff Fist unleashed their much anticipated debut EP Fistful Of Riffs in 2013, which was well received by punters and critics alike. The trio went on to produce a limited edition 7" vinyl single For A Few Riffs More the following year. In 2015, the group completed their "Western trilogy" with the release of The Good, The Loud And The Riff. Riff Fist went on to tour Europe, including a performance at Desertfest in Berlin.
