Catalog number written as "box005" on back and labels and as "BOX-005" on etching. Recorded on April 8, 1995 at Studio 13, Deerfield Beach. From liner notes: "Roosevelt was five geeks, Oct. '94-Sept. '95." Comes in foldover sleeve with insert. Side A is 45 rpm. Side B is 33.3 rpm. Vinyl etchings are captions to the photos on vinyl labels. Printed with soy/vegetable inks on recycled paper by Imprint. There are two pressings, each in an edition of 500 on mixed color vinyl. There is no way to tell the two pressings apart, as intended by the label. Members are not credited for their role on the release. Roles taken from a retrospective interview with Roosevelt Song timing not given on the release.
