First volume of "Rachmaninov Songs", the following ones were Rachmaninov Songs Volume 2, Rachmaninov Songs - Volume 3, Rachmaninov Songs Vol. 4 and Rachmaninov Songs Vol.5. The recording sessions were completed in March 1979.
