From Liner Notes: "Dedicated to 3 souls: Phil Hardymon, Thomas Chapin, Lester Bowie - thank you". CD came with an "OBI" strip of sorts which fit over the top of the jewel case as opposed to the usual side fitting. See images I added which reflect this.
