Shai Hulud and Boy Sets Fire each cover a Metallica song. This release has the sub-title "Volume One", what would imply that a series of Metallica tribute releases was planned, but to my knowledge this split-series has not been continued. Released as 25 copies on purple vinyl, 475 on grey vinyl, 500 on clear red vinyl and also an undisclosed amount on black vinyl [THIS]. Both sides of the 7" have a Metallica-style "Hammer Of Justice" drawing with the respective band-members. The A-side (or also Hate-side) has a picture of the Shai Hulud members, but the music is the Boy Sets Fire track. The B-side (or also Hope-side) has a picture of the Boy Sets Fire members, but the Shai Hulud track.
