Before re-releasing this on pressed CD for their 2001 Tour, this came out on a limited pro-printed CDr Tour EP on Krúnk. The cover is a completely blank generic slipjacket. The CD is printed with the same motive later used for the US and European Tour CD, but with a white background (see picture). Limited to 1000 copies. No tracklisting provided with the release. The catalog number is not printed on the release.
