Album UK 1938 on Vocalion label
Jazz (Swing)
Side A recorded in Los Angeles on August 29, 1937 Side B recorded in NYC on January 6, 1938 On Side A the label credits "B. Lewis" on drums; Brian Rust credits Cozy Cole as the drummer for this session ("Jazz Records 1897-1942, Vol 2" p 1733). Because I cannot find a "B. Lewis" as a drummer anywhere, I am going with Rust's data.
