5.5" X 5.5" (14 cm X 14cm) square flexi, manufactured either in Kaliningrad or St. Petersburg Russia, but available primarily through Polish record sellers. Manufactured in extremely low quantites, perhaps only a few dozen. The cover is a black and white computer print-out, which wraps up a third of the way up the back. The label has THE CULT and the song title in English, and Cyrillic text stating something to the effect of "fanclub issue". The sleeve says BIG NEON GUITAR, but the label lists the correct title BIG NEON GLITTER. The cover is an oval portait of a girl. The record label is listed as буд кон, which translates to BUDKON.
