* Track 11: recorded at a private concert April 25, 2004 in Leesburg, VA for Scott Tompach, a month before he passed away. Every band member agreed to play this concert, on their day off, without pay, which brought Scott one of the few, bright happy days that he had left As discussed in the history for the credit "Williams" on release (track # 11) no reliable external source could be found and therefore the credit is not linked.
