"Recorded in an empty radio station, on a one track machine (not a 24 track studio), with no overdubbing, the music of Bob Hocko and the Swamp Rats endures! The Swamp Rats make loud, terrible noise - my God, someone should do something before it's all gone! The material on this album was recorded over a ten year span from 1966 to 1976. Side one was recorded at WMCK Radio Studios on Marker St. in McKeesport, PA. from 1966 thru 1967. Editing was done at Melwood Studios in Pittsburgh, PA." (from the back cover)
