Gatefold cover with 22 page black and white booklet. The first issues were printed by Euro-Albums Holland B.V. and have a soft, almost pastel grey finish whereas later issues look ‘blacker’. On the spine of the outer cover, the first issues have the group name, album name, ‘Track Deluxe Double’ and set number, which is 2657 013. Very first pressings have a "Delta" on each matrix of the four sides. Subsequent pressings have usually 2 "Slashes" on one (or two) of the matrix of the four sides. First Issue Early Pressings have predominantly ‘1’ & ‘2’ matrices and ‘1’ or low number stampers in the vinyl run off area of each side. E.g. record 1 side A: 2406110 A ∇ 1.
