Tracks 9-16 recorded at 'Christmas On Earth Continued' Friday, December 22, 1967 @ Kensington Olympia Grand & National Halls Due to the lack of monitors at the show some vocal distortion is evident on the live tracks. Tracks 1, 2, 7 & 8 first appeared on RPM 141. Digitally mastered at SRT, Cambridge
