Released in November of 2015, this lathe-cut single is limited to 14 copies and was available exclusively from Paper + Plastick's online store for $15 USD. It came in a poly-lined plain white die-cut paper sleeve that was embossed with the phrase "Everybody's Addicted To Something" with the words "GNV•FLA" above and a P+P Skull Logo beneath it. The band's name and the edition number is handwritten on the opposite side of the sleeve. All credits are uncredited.
