It features wrestlers giving somewhat out-of-character interviews about standout matches and segments from 1998 and 1999, with in-ring footage synced to a soundtrack of relatively underground bands and artists. The 19th track does not have an on-screen credit graphic like the others. Reprinted on VHS and DVD in February 2002 with WWF Attitude Collection branding.
