Comes with full picture sleeve and a foldout map of the colour picture disc and two pieces of cardboard to serve as a display. 2 different type of hype stickers exist. Lenny Kravitz, Steven Tyler and Joe Perry are credited as 'Special guest'. Tyler and Perry does not perform on this record. They came in on the encore of this show and played 'Mama Kin' and 'Train Kept A Rollin''. 'Attitude' credited on release as 'written-by' Misfits. Actually written-by Glenn Danzig.
