The "Ⅰ" stamped within the matrices indicate this to had been pressed at the RCA Records Pressing Plant, Indianapolis. Some editions are branded with: "NOT FOR SALE PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY" on the back cover. Recorded in RCA's studios "B", "C" and "D" in New York City.
