Tracks A1 to A4 recorded in Los Angeles in October, 1945. Tracks A5 to B2 recorded in Los Angeles in early 1946. Tracks B3 to B6 recorded in Los Angeles in August, 1946. Tracks C1 to C6 recorded in Chicago on Feb. 18, 1947. Tracks C7 to D4 recorded in New York City in December, 1947. Tracks D5 to D7 recorded in New York City on Dec. 29, 1948 under the supervision of Leonard Feather. All selections previously issued on the Aladdin label. All tunes mono.
