November 23rd 1996. Different disc from another version: the 'copyright' text (around the disc's edge) here has a different position against the background image. Easy to see by comparing the location of "... record prohibited" (on top of the disc) and "... the owner ..." (on the bottom) between the pictures of 2 CDs. Packaged in a jewel case with a transparent tray. The KSJO show was 12/18 and the Bridge School Benefit was 10/18. The Oslo show was in 1996, not 1997.
