Additional transfer from U-matic video tape by Alan Coates at The Voice And Music Company, Convent Garden, London. Digitally mastered by Simon Smart at Bluebase Studio, London. [Whilst we have endeavoured to sonically enhance the tracks, some minor imperfections may be audible.
