Compil. FR 1973 on MCA Records label
Jazz (Swing, Big Band)
Printed in France. This release is distributed by CED (Compagnie Européenne du Disque), not CPF as similar release Vol. 3 - The Count Swings Out (1937-1938). Initial issue is 1973 according to legal deposit at BNF but it's hard to say which one came first. First character of composers first name stated on release are nearly all wrong: B. Johnston for Arthur Johnston, S. Burke for Johnny Burke, F. Loeb for John Jacob Loeb, D. Heyman for Edward Heyman, Guy Lombardo who released 'Boo-Hoo' for his brother Carmen Lombardo who co-wrote it, H. Lane for Burton Lane, F. Freed for Ralph Freed. That's for side A, and there are many more on side B, best of all being 'B. Croom - A. Johnson' for Austen Croom-Johnson on track B3.
