Band, GB
Jazz
When British Musicians' Union gave up an embargo of British-American musicians exchange in early 1959, Woody Herman founded the Anglo-American Herd for the stay of the band in England in April 1959. There was a core of Woody Herman And His Orchestra, which set up this short-lived band, which was given up in July 1959 after the return of the band to the USA.
