This edition is limited to only 500 copies. This item was made available for pre-order on August 30th 2012 and shipped worldwide on November 12th 2012. No timings on release, all CD/DVD retrieved from computer, vinyl timings retrieved using a stop watch. DVD credits all retrieved from the media itself. PAL format is known when inserting the DVD into a computer. CD3-7 & CD3-8 are credited together on booklet and form one track called "Mongrel Meets His Maker". CD3-9 is called "Right Thing / GDMFSOB (Clean Instrumental Version)", but credits are given for Part 1 & Part 2. CD3-10 seems to be divided into 2 parts, credits are given accordingly. CD6 is only stating 11 tracks on booklet, but there's actually 5 more unplayable tracks included for reason unknown. CD6-1 & CD6-2 are previously unreleased. CD6-8 7" version previously unreleased.
